Emma primarily works with eating disorders, self-esteem, and body image concerns. She is especially passionate about working with middle school, high school, and young adult women and helping them challenge the idea that they aren’t measuring up to society’s standards, but better yet their own standards. Emma also works well with anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment for a variety of ages.

She strives to provide a warm, inviting, and non-judgmental space for individuals and wishes for clients to leave the therapy room feeling valued, respected, and hopeful for the future. Emma also works on spiritual development with those interested.
